YDPA received a call from Erdogan

Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah today received a personal phone call from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, at the National Palace.

A Facebook postage from Istana Negara yesterday shows His Majesty expressed the resolution taken by the Malaysian Government to stand with the Turkish Government and the international community in condemning the recent incursions and attacks by Israeli forces and Jewish illegal immigrants on Palestinians and worshipers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

His Majesty stressed that Malaysian Government supports and welcomes the proposal for an emergency conference of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) to be held to discuss the issue of Israeli terrorism against Palestine.

A series of rocket attacks were launched from Gaza after the Israeli army launched an air strike until a 13 -storey residential building collapsed in Gaza.

This happen after Hamas gave an ultimatum to the Zionist regime for its police to evacuate the Al-Aqsa Mosque until 11pm last Monday.

Since then, Gaza fighters have fired more than 300 rockets at Israel.

Meanwhile, Israel said on Tuesday that it ordered as many as 80 jets to destroy 150 targets of Hamas and Islamic Jihad in Gaza.

The death toll from the Zionist regime’s military airstrikes last Monday in Gaza rose to 32 people including children.
