MACC detained Tajuddin for abuse of power

Former Non-Executive Chairman of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad (Prasarana), Datuk Seri Tajuddin Abdul Rahman was detained by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to assist in the investigation into a case of abuse of power.

The investigation is believed to have been made after finding that Tajuddin used his position to appoint his son-in-law to a position in Prasarana.

However, Tajuddin, was released on MACC bail after that.

The former Prasarana Non-Executive Chairman was arrested yesterday at the MACC Headquarters after he was called to testify.
