UMNO will lose their seats If the next general election is not held in the upcoming month.

According to political Analyst from the University of Malaya Professor Madya Dr. Awang Azman Awang Pawi, UMNO will be in a dire situation If the next general election is not held in the upcoming month.

He said that all the seats that UMNO currently held will slowly be weaken and taken over by other parties for the preparation of the 15th general election.

“if this situation persist, then there will be strategies to over take the seats and will probably be given to Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), and obviously for a long run they will lose majority of the seats”

“It will be impossible for UMNO to stay in power if they contest only half their seats in the upcoming general election after most of their seats have been taken over” said Awang during his forum on Big Live.

Currently UMNO has 38 seats under them.
